There were explosions in Makiivka. Probably hit the oil depot (video)
Explosions were heard in the temporarily occupied Makiivka, after which Ukrainian and pro-Russian Telegram channels covering events in Donetsk region reported an alleged hit to an oil depot.
Initially, local residents reported “detonation of military warehouses” in one of the city’s districts, but later administrators of Russian military propaganda channels and other resources reported a fire at an oil depot.
According to residents of Makiivka, the Artemis oil depot located at 14 Antropova Street is on fire.
Oil depots are a legitimate target of the Ukrainian military, special services and intelligence. The last time a hit on the Makiivka oil depot was reported was on July 5 this year.
- On July 4, explosions occurred in the temporarily occupied Donetsk and Makiivka. The Office of Strategic Communications of the Chief Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine officially confirmed the information about the hit of the occupants’ base in the temporarily occupied Makiivka.
- Later, a video appeared showing the destruction of the Russian invaders’ arsenal in Makiivka.
- On July 5, the Ukrainian Armed Forces reported the destruction of a Russian military infrastructure facility in the temporarily occupied Debaltseve.
