They beat and kicked me and threatened me with weapons. SBI detains two TCC employees in Lviv region (photos, video)

Law enforcement officers detained two employees of the Sambir District Territorial Center for Recruitment and Social Support in Lviv Oblast. They are suspected of beating and threatening with a weapon a civilian who had been held for a week in a military commissariat.

The day before, a video was posted on social media showing a man in a military uniform threatening a civilian, beating him and pointing a weapon at him.

The leadership of the regional center has already ordered an internal review, and the servicemen who were caught on video have been suspended from duty.

The State Bureau of Investigation (SBI) has preliminarily established that on September 19, a military serviceman driving a TCC in Sambir attacked a man, beat him and threatened him with a weapon. The victim was also detained in the military commissariat since September 12 and subjected to physical and psychological violence to force him to undergo a voluntary military medical examination.

The issue of serving them with a notice of suspicion of unlawful deprivation of liberty, torture and abuse of power by a military officer is being resolved (part 2 of article 146, part 2 of article 127, part 5 of article 426-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
