Transporter-10: SpaceX successfully launched 53 satellites from various global companies into orbit (video)

On March 5, SpaceX launched a large batch of satellites into orbit for various private customers, says Space.

The Transporter-10 mission was launched at 00:05 Kyiv time from Launch Complex 4E (SLC-4E) at Vandenberg Space Force Base in California.

The Falcon 9 rocket launched 53 satellites into various orbits, including the Jackal satellite from True Anomaly, various nanosatellites, and the Aires satellite created by spacecraft manufacturer Apex, which will also carry several payloads.

This launch was the 20th launch of a Falcon 9 rocket in 2024. In total, SpaceX plans to make 144 launches this year.

Approximately 7 minutes and 40 seconds after takeoff, SpaceX landed the first stage of the Falcon 9 in Landing Zone 4 (LZ-4) in Vandenberg, which was the 280th successful landing of a SpaceX launch vehicle.

Transporter-10 is a mission to transport small payloads for a large number of customers.

Such missions allow private companies to put their satellites into orbit without having to wait for a large spacecraft to launch and be “tied” to it.
