Ukraine has launched the Prozorro + platform to search for suppliers of humanitarian goods

The new platform, based on the existing Prozorro system, was created for the mass search of companies to supply the necessary goods during martial law. Prozorro+ collects applications from state and local authorities, civil-military administrations and humanitarian headquarters, as well as searches for local and foreign suppliers.

The system has already registered 110 categories of essential goods, including fuel, food, clothing, laptops and generators for the army. But Prozorro+ is not looking for suppliers of military goods, such as bulletproof vests or weapons.

Currently, Prozorro+ has launched in a pilot mode for 15 customers, including the Ministry of Agrarian Policy, the Ministry of Social Policy, the Humanitarian Aid Headquarters (UA Headquarters Foundation), Ukrzaliznytsia and the Lviv Regional State Administration. To scale the platform to the whole country, Prozorro+ will be filled with goods from suppliers and businesses asked to actively submit proposals for the platform.

Registration is possible through electronic platforms E-Tender, Zakupki.prom.ua, SmartTender, Public Procurement. Online or Tender-Online. After registering, you must contact the site call center to submit a proposal or request. All business offers are free, and registration documents not required.
