Ukraine presents promising models of defense industry – INGUAR-3, Sapsan, GROM-2 and TERMIT

Ukraine is stepping up the development of its defense industry, presenting new models of weapons and military equipment. One of the most significant successes of 2024 was the use of the Neptune missile, which successfully hit the large amphibious assault ship Konstantin Olshansky.

Other effective developments in Ukraine are listed below.

Missile weapons

New missiles: Zelenskyy reported on “new missile models” that are in mass production without specifying details.

“Sapsan/Grim-2: This tactical missile system with a range of up to 1500 km is expected to enter service with the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the future.

Armored vehicles

Inguar-3: a new Ukrainian-made armored vehicle developed from scratch. It has STANAG 4569 Level 3 protection and can be produced in a variety of configurations, including combat vehicle, fire support vehicle, ambulance, etc.

Marine drones

A drone with a warhead from a P-15 Termite: This drone, recently washed up on the Romanian coast, is capable of carrying a 480 kg warhead and is controlled via Starlink.

Other developments

A large list of drones: Ukraine is actively using drones for reconnaissance, fire control, and strikes against Russian troops.

Ammunition: Ukraine is increasing production of its own ammunition to reduce dependence on foreign supplies.
