Ukrainian cardboard drones invulnerable to air defense caught on video for the first time
The Kursk airfield was attacked by Ukrainian drones made of “aircraft cardboard”. Australian SYPAQ UAVs did not participate in the attack. The drone developer said this in an interview with a Toronto TV correspondent.
He claims that it took about a year to create the cardboard UAVs. The attack on Kursk was not their debut. Drones made of cardboard have been used before. The drones are made using radio-transparent materials and stealth technologies. They are equipped with silent electric motors. Drones are invulnerable to electronic warfare systems because they do not use GPS guidance. Air defense systems are also not visible to aircraft, as they are made of cardboard.
The UAV’s warhead contains thousands of impressive ball-shaped elements. They are made of tungsten carbide. This material is twice as heavy as steel. Tungsten carbide is ten times stronger than steel. The warhead is detonated above the target. As a result, airplane fuselages turn into a sieve. Rubber tires will not help the occupiers.
