Ukrainian forces attack Shahed factory and refinery 1200 km from border (video)

On the morning of April 2, in the Russian Tatarstan, 1,200 kilometers from the border with Ukraine, drones were used to attack businesses in Elabuga and Nizhnekamsk.

Eyewitnesses showed the moment the UAV arrived at one of the enterprises. The video shows a UAV flying up and attacking a factory producing “shaheds” in the city of Yelabuga without any obstacles.

Eyewitnesses also reported several hits on the territory of the Alabuga economic zone, where Shahed kamikaze drones are also produced.

Officially, the Tatarstan authorities responded to the events in Elabuga and Nizhnekamsk. The press service of the republic’s rais (president), Rustem Minnikhanov, said: “There is no serious damage, and the technological process of the enterprises has not been disrupted. Unfortunately, there are people in Elabuga who suffered from the destruction of their premises. They are being provided with all the necessary assistance.”
