Ukrainian marines shoot down a Russian Ka-52 Alligator attack helicopter worth $16,000,000
On July 25, the Ukrainian Armed Forces shot down another modern Russian Ka-52 Alligator helicopter.
The information was shared by the 38th Separate Marine Brigade. The helicopter was shot down in Donbas at 07:43 (EET) using a man-portable air defense system. The helicopter crew was killed.

The Ka-52 Alligator is a Russian combat helicopter and command vehicle of the army aviation. It is capable of engaging armored and unarmored vehicles, manpower and air targets on the battlefield. It is a continuation of the Ka-50 Black Shark model. One such helicopter costs about $16,000,000.
