Ukrainian robot “Gnome” makes its debut at Security 2.0

Last week, Kyiv hosted the Security 2.0 exhibition dedicated to security technologies. Temerland military solutions brought the robot “Gnome” to the event.

The robotic platform is unmanned. It can be used for intelligence gathering, enemy surveillance, increasing the range of radio communication, evacuating the wounded, delivering ammunition, etc. According to the developers, Gnome is capable of working in tandem with larger robots.

Small dimensions and silent movement make the robot an ideal solution for surveillance. The all-round camera is mounted on a telescopic mast. The ground-based drone can move away from the control center at a distance of up to 5 km.

Technical characteristics:

  • Weight: 50 kg
  • Range of action: 5 km
  • Battery capacity: 60 Ah
  • Battery type: Li-ion.
  • Communication channel: Private LTE or WiFi 5.

The drone can be used as a repeater to amplify the radio signal. When several robots are used simultaneously on the battlefield, this function becomes especially relevant.
