On Wednesday, November 22, a government decree came into force allowing Ukrainians to take a theoretical driving test without having to attend a driving school.
This was reported by the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
The press service gave advice and told how to pass the theoretical exam on your own:
- Get ready.
- Contact the service center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. Get a registration card. You must bring your passport, identification number, and medical certificate.
- Notify the service center administrator that you have mastered the theoretical material on your own.
- Answer 20 questions in 20 minutes (2 mistakes are allowed).
It is noted that the cost of passing the theoretical exam is UAH 13. If there are more than 2 errors, the next attempt will be possible no earlier than 10 days.
After successfully passing the theoretical exam, you need to apply to an accredited educational institution to start practical training.
- Speaker Ruslan Stefanchuk said that on Thursday, July 13, the Verkhovna Rada passed Bill 7354, which allows independent study of theory for driving tests.
