“Ukrzaliznytsia has launched a new service for online orders of special cars for people with disabilities. This was reported by the carrier’s press service.
The service is intended for passengers with disabilities of group I, children with disabilities, as well as for passengers in wheelchairs and people accompanying them.
How to order a special car for people with disabilities from Ukrzaliznytsia
To order an inclusive car, you must submit an application through the online service at least three days before the scheduled travel date.
Train tickets must be received and paid for at the ticket office no later than one hour before the train departure.
The option to order an inclusive car at the ticket office also remains as a backup option.
