Video of a Tesla Cybertruck transporting a one-and-a-half-ton SpaceX Raptor engine has been released

The Tesla Cybertruck was seen towing a SpaceX Raptor Vacuum rocket engine (1588 kg) near Starbase in Texas. The Cybertruck’s rear-wheel steering comes in handy when maneuvering in tight spaces.

According to Tesla, the Cybertruck can tow up to 6350 kg. The Cybertruck’s capabilities indicate that Tesla intended this vehicle to be a full-fledged work truck. A video posted by Starship Gazer on YouTube shows SpaceX using Cybertruck at Starbase in Texas.

In the video, Cybertruck moves a SpaceX Raptor engine, probably intended for Starship. The trailer on which it was transported also seems to be very heavy and adds to the load of the electric pickup. The question arises as to how far Cybertruck will be able to transport such large loads – the greater the load and power consumption, the shorter the possible distance that the electric vehicle can cover.

Even more interesting is how capable the Cybertruck is of maneuvering thanks to the rear wheel steering – especially when reversing with a large trailer. The large LED light strips on the front and rear of the Cybertruck are also shown in full glory, demonstrating their high brightness.
