ViewSonic launches 105-inch 21:9 display with 5K resolution

ViewSonic has launched the ViewBoard IFP105S, a shared display with multiple connectivity options, wireless content sharing, and seamless functionality.

The new model has a 105-inch ultra-wide screen with a 21:9 aspect ratio and a native 5K resolution. The display is designed to provide uninterrupted functionality in corporate environments.

According to Sean Liu, a representative of the developer’s U.S. division, the IFP105S has the optimal screen size for Microsoft Teams Front Row, which guarantees users the highest quality virtual collaboration sessions.

The new product supports Airplay, Chromecast and Miracast, a split-screen function and two-way touch interactivity. The ultra-wide display screen, advanced annotation tools, and collaboration features are optimized for hybrid meetings, creating an engaging and productive environment.

Connectivity options include USB-C with 65W charging, HDMI, DisplayPort, and RS232. To improve sound quality, the display is equipped with built-in 2.1 speakers and an 8-element microphone. In addition, the IFP105S integrates seamlessly with most video conferencing applications that support a 21:9 aspect ratio.

The estimated start of sales is July. The expected retail price is $14,999.
