What is the stockpile of missiles in Russia – the answer of the GUR

Russia has at least 585 missiles in its reserves that can fire over 500 kilometers. These missiles are often used by the occupiers to attack Ukraine.

This was stated by Deputy Chief of the Defense Intelligence of Ukraine Major General Vadym Skibitskyi in a commentary to RBC-Ukraine.

He emphasized that the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine is closely monitoring everything related to Russia’s missile stockpiles and production.

According to available data, Russia has a stockpile of missiles:

  • “Iskander – 270 ;
  • “Kinzhal” – 75;
  • “The caliber is 140;
  • Х-101/555/55 – 100.

Today, the Russian armed forces are using fewer X-101 missiles compared to last fall, and this is due to several factors. According to Skibitsky, the Russians plan to produce about 40 X-101 missiles per month, but they are unable to do so due to a shortage of foreign components. In addition, Russia is making efforts to stockpile these missiles, as they are considered more accurate and effective in use.
