The company claims that the Xiaomi MiGu headband not only allows users to control their smart homes with the power of thought. The gadget will also track fatigue while driving. The project engineer said he hopes to enable everyone to enjoy a more convenient smart life with a more natural way of interacting. The developers of the MiGu headband said that the device has three sensors that help it receive and process electrical signals. Moreover, the gadget can also take electroencephalography (EEG) of the user.
EEG measures the electrical activity of the brain. People produce different EEG waveforms in different emotional states, and the Xiaomi headband uses artificial machine learning to compare these waves and recognize them.
