Spain will transfer two more Hawk air defense systems to Ukraine at NATO’s request
Spain will strengthen Ukraine’s air defense with additional Hawk anti-aircraft missile systems.
This was announced by the Minister of Defense of Spain, Margarita Robles. She said that the Armed Forces of Ukraine will receive two more Hawk air defense systems in addition to the four systems that were handed over earlier this month.
Margarita Robles emphasized that Spain will send the launchers at NATO’s request. Also, next week, 64 servicemen of the Ukrainian army will begin training in Toledo.
