A 20-year-old man was taking pictures of the landscape and got stuck on the roof: he was rescued by patrol officers, the Telegram channel of the Kyiv Patrol Police reports.
The Patrol Police said in a statement: “The day before, at about 4 p.m., a concerned citizen called 102 and reported that he could not get down from the roof of a high-rise building.
Without wasting a minute, inspectors Volodymyr Kotsur and Ruslan Chornyi arrived at the scene. The police went upstairs and saw a frightened applicant barely holding onto a metal frame.
The policemen helped the guy get down from the roof. Later on, it became clear from the explanations that the guy just wanted to take good photos, but then he couldn’t get down on his own.
