LPG is getting cheaper at Ukrainian gas stations
Over the weekend, the average price of automobile gas (LPG) decreased by 1.2 hryvnias, and in some networks the price drop reached 5 hryvnias/liter.
From July 1 to 4, retail chains reduced the price of liquefied gas by 0.5-5 hryvnias/l. This is evidenced by the data of the daily monitoring of retail market prices by the ‘A-95’ Consulting Group.
In particular, at Ukrnafta stations, the price of the product fell by UAH 3/l, to UAH 36.95/l, at Avias and other stations — by UAH 1.99/l, to UAH 37.92/l.
The product in the Zaporizhzhia chain ZOG has fallen in price the most — by UAH 5/l. There, the resource now costs UAH 37/l.
In the Socar network, the product became cheaper by UAH 2/l, to UAH 37.98/l. The price dropped by the same amount at the Neftek and Avantaz stations.
Dnipropetrovsk network VostokGaz reduced the price to UAH 37.39/l (-3.5 UAH/l). Such networks as Shell, ‘Ukrgazvydobuvannya’, BVS, UPG, Mango, Rodnik and Chipo will reduce the price within 0.5-2.1 UAH/l.
The average price of LPG in Ukraine on July 4 was UAH 38.18/l (-1.22 UAH/l for the weekend).
As noted in ‘A-95’, the decrease in retail prices is due to the increase in the volume of LPG supplies to Ukraine and the balancing of demand for it. Thus, in a month, the average cost of bulk consignments of SVH on self-delivery conditions decreased by approximately 20%, from UAH 67,000/t to UAH 55,000/t.
