Musk is being sued by his ex-wife, singer Grimes, for parental rights
Singer Grimes has filed a lawsuit against American billionaire Elon Musk over parental rights. They have three children together.
The woman claims that the billionaire does not allow her to visit her younger son. The purpose of the lawsuit, filed on September 29 in the San Francisco Superior Court, is to “establish parental relations.” The details of the lawsuit are not available to the public.
Last month, Grimes wrote on social media that Musk “should let me see my son or please respond to my lawyer.” She later deleted the post.
- On May 4, 2020, Musk and Grimes had a son, X AE A-XII Musk, nicknamed X. Then, in December 2021, they had a daughter named Exa Dark Sidiel, nicknamed Y-three months after they publicly divorced after three years of marriage.
- Recently, Musk’s autobiography revealed that he and Grimes had a son named Techno Mechanicus, also known as Tau. It is not yet known when the child was born.
- In addition to his three children with Grimes, Musk is also the father of six children, whom he shares with his ex-wife, Canadian writer Justine Wilson.
