New barriers are being erected around the Crimean bridge: satellite photo

Russia is not confident in its ability to repel attacks on the Crimean bridge, so it is likely to start installing new barrier protection.

The occupiers are planning to protect the infrastructure from strikes by naval drones with additional engineering structures.

Thus, the Crimean Wind monitoring group examined a satellite image of the approach to the bridge

The corresponding image was published by OSINT researcher H I Sutton.

“Engineering works on the western approach to the Kerch bridge connecting Russia with Crimea. A crane or a dredger (I did not see it in high resolution),” he said.

“Crimean Wind notes that the start of the relevant work may indicate an attempt by Russia to protect the bridge with “barrier protection.” Analysts point out that these are barriers similar to those that Russia has already put up further along the bridge.

As a reminder, the head of the GRU, Kirill Budanov, said that Putin would have new reasons to be upset. And it will be the Crimean Bridge.
