Russians blow up a road at the junction of the borders of Ukraine, Russia and Belarus

On the Belarus-Russia-Ukraine border in Chernihiv region, the invaders blew up the road. It is symbolic that the monument to the so-called “Friendship of Peoples” or “Three Sisters” is located near the site of the explosion.

This was reported by Channel 24.

On Tuesday, May 30, enemy pro-war telegram channels published footage of a powerful explosion near the checkpoint and the Three Sisters monument. It seems that the occupiers themselves no longer believe in the fable of the “three fraternal peoples” – Belarusian, Ukrainian and Russian.

The enemy is hysterical because of the “counteroffensive”

It is worth saying that the invaders had motives to blow up this road. In recent weeks, there have been more and more reports in their information field that the Armed Forces are allegedly “preparing an offensive” against Bryansk and Belgorod and “want to get to Moscow.”

“At the junction of the borders of Ukraine, Belarus and Russia, a Ukrainian road was blown up in a tank-hazardous area at the point where Ukraine, Chernihiv region, Belarus, Gomel region and Russia, Bryansk region join,” – the statement said.

In addition, it actually states that the Ukrainian military “planned to use” this road to attempt attacks on Russia, which seems extremely absurd.

More about Three Sisters

The monument to the so-called “Friendship of Peoples” between Ukraine, Belarus, and Russia was erected in August 1975. Although, obviously, the narrative of the “three brotherly nations” appeared much earlier.

At the same time, only after the outbreak of the Great War, on May 12, 2022, did the Chernihiv region authorities unanimously decide to deregister this monument as a local historical monument. That’s when the procedure for liquidating this “cultural object” began.

Ukraine does not need Russia’s territories

It should be emphasized that representatives of the Ukrainian authorities have repeatedly emphasized that our country seeks only to return to the 1991 borders.

In particular, when Russian volunteers went on a raid in Belgorod region, Mykhailo Podolyak, an adviser to the head of the Presidential Office, stated that Ukraine was certainly watching what was happening in the enemy state, but it did not send any military personnel there.

Therefore, when the occupiers talk about blowing up a road that could have served as a route to Bryansk for the Ukrainian Armed Forces, it looks very funny.
