Today, on July 17, Russian media reported another attack on the Crimean bridge. According to RBC-Ukraine, it was a special operation by the Security Service of Ukraine and the Ukrainian Navy.
The information was shared by a source in the SBU. The bridge was attacked by naval drones. As a result, 145 poles were damaged.
“The bridge was attacked using surface drones. It was difficult to reach the bridge, but eventually we managed to do it,” the source said.
As of 9:00 a.m., the occupation authorities blocked the road and railroad tracks.
By the way, this is the second bridge explosion in 8 months. The first incident occurred in October 2022. Then one of the bridge spans collapsed as a result of a truck explosion.
