Ukraine presents updated Novator armored vehicle at the Turkish arms exhibition
The vehicle was updated based on the experience of using Novator in the Ukrainian army. The armored vehicle is currently being prepared for state testing.
At the IDEF-23 arms exhibition, the Ukrainian Armor Design and Production Company presented an updated version of the Novator armored vehicle. This was reported by ArmyInform.
Vladyslav Belbas, the CEO of the Ukrainian company, said that his company is guided by the needs of the Ukrainian army and defense forces. Thanks to constant contact with the Ukrainian military, we managed to improve the Novator SBA.
From now on, the armored vehicle will carry 9 personnel (previously 5) and will be able to deploy various weapons inside, from machine guns to remotely controlled combat modules along with air defense systems.
“Novator has retained a modular approach, which allows it to change the purpose of the machine and convert it to different payload options in a short period of time.
“At present, our specialists have completed the design work, and we are manufacturing a prototype for state testing. Soon enough we will be ready to fully present our new development,” said Vladislav Belbas.
