Ukrainian Armed Forces units conducted successful assault operations in the Bakhmut sector.
This was reported by the spokesman for the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Andriy Kovalev.
The assault was conducted in the areas of Rozdolivka – Krasnopolivka and Berkhivka – Yahidne. At the same time, fighting continues near the villages of Novodanylivka and Novopokrovka in Zaporizhzhia region, as well as near the village of Makarivka in the Berdiansk sector.
Kovalev emphasized that Ukraine’s defenders had not lost a single position in defense.
Earlier, Ukrainian defenders liberated Blahodatne village in Donetsk Oblast. Fighting still continues around the settlement.
