JSC Ukrzaliznytsia has simplified the procedure for purchasing train tickets for defenders of Ukraine through a special order service.
The service is already available on the portal. Thanks to a special order, military personnel will be able to book tickets even if they are not on sale.
From now on, servicemen can purchase a travel document even if the trip is sudden, for example, for medical treatment, on a business trip or to visit relatives on a long-awaited vacation, and the tickets are already sold out

How a serviceman can buy a train ticket by special order
To purchase a ticket by special order, you must leave a request on the portal no later than six hours before the train departure. After that, a special code will be sent to the email specified by the customer.
The ticket must be redeemed at the ticket office no later than one hour before departure. You also need to show a military ID or an officer’s ID.
Special ticket orders are available for 17 trains popular with military personnel. In particular, these are routes to cities close to the war zone.
The company also noted that servicemen can book tickets for themselves and for their comrades-in-arms who are going on a trip together.
