Xiaomi stops supporting Mi 10, Redmi 9 and Redmi Note 9 smartphones
Xiaomi has decided to retire some of its smartphones from previous years.
What is known
According to the data miner @kacskrz, the Chinese manufacturer has added 8 smartphone models to the End Of Support List (EOS List). We are talking about Redmi 9, Redmi 9A, Redmi 9C, Redmi Note 9, Redmi Note 9 Pro, Xiaomi Mi 10, Xiaomi Mi 10 Pro, and Xiaomi Mi 10 Ultra. This means that these gadgets will no longer receive monthly security patches and updates to the Android operating system.

For those who don’t know
Xiaomi introduced the Mi 10, Redmi 9, and Redmi Note 9 smartphones in 2020. The devices currently run on Android 13 with MIUI 14.
