Patrol officers of the 3rd Battalion responded to the video on social media and found the car on Shevchenko Street. After identifying the “grandmother,” she turned out to be a 30-year-old man. The inspectors issued a resolution against the citizen under part. 1 Art. 127 (Violation of traffic rules by a pedestrian) of the Code of Administrative Offenses.
Moreover, the man was wanted under Art. 210 (Violation of the rules of military registration by conscripts, persons liable for military service and reservists) and Art. 210-1 (Violation of the legislation on defense, mobilization preparation and mobilization) of the Code of Administrative Offenses. The information was passed on to the TCC.
