Studio Lionsgate published on its YouTube channel the first full trailer for the upcoming film John Wick: Chapter 4 / ‘John Wick 4’.
Another film about a former hired killer is a continuation of the third part. The main character, again played by Keanu Reeves, has to fight a new enemy. The opponent has powerful allies around the world, so the battle will not be easy. And on John Wick’s path will be powerful forces that turn old friends into enemies. Only after overcoming all obstacles, Vic will be able to earn his freedom.
Originally, the film John Wick: Chapter 4 / ‘John Wick 4’ was supposed to be released on May 21, 2021. However, due to the coronavirus pandemic, it was only possible to start shooting in June 2021, and the premiere was postponed to May 27, 2022. Then the release date of the film was revised once again. It is now slated to hit the screens on March 24, 2023.
In addition to Keanu Reeves, the film also starred Donnie Yen (‘Rebel One’), Bill Skarsgård (‘It’), Laurence Fishburne (‘The Matrix’), Hiroyuki Sanada (‘Wild West’) and others.
