Threatened to blow up a grenade at a gas station: a man was detained in Kropyvnytskyi with a gun (video)

At a gas station in Kropyvnytskyi, a drunk man threatened to detonate a grenade and tried to escape from law enforcement. The police fired warning shots during the arrest.

“When the man saw the patrol policemen, he got into the car and started to flee. The patrol policemen tried to stop and block the fugitive’s car, but he continued to move,” said Ivan Vyhivskyi, head of the National Police.

He said that one of the police officers was forced to shoot at the car’s wheel with his service weapon.

“Thanks to this, the offender was stopped and detained,” Vygivskyi summarized.
