Ukrainian mobile operator Kyivstar cancels payment for the next month’s tariff for all users: details
Kyivstar cancels the next scheduled tariff fee for its users. The company also allocates UAH 100 million for the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
This was reported by the company’s press service.
Tariff exemptions apply to:
- subscription, contract and contract subscribers with the Home Internet service from December 22, 2023 to January 21, 2024;
- business customers for mobile and fixed-line services from January 1, 2024 to January 31, 2024;
- users of Home Internet and Vse Razom from January 1, 2024 to January 31, 2024;
The day before, Kyivstar announced that it had restored all services in Ukraine and abroad. The last service to be restored was international roaming. Now all services work without restrictions.
- On December 12, Kyivstar has suffered a large-scale hacker attack, which resulted in the loss of connection and Internet. The Russian group Solntsepek claimed responsibility for the attack.
