“Barbie is the highest-grossing movie in the history of Warner Bros. with revenues of $1.34 billion

The Mattel dolls movie has grossed $1.34 billion at the global box office and needs to earn only a million dollars to dethrone Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2″ in the ranking of the largest Warner Bros. films.

“Neill Blomkamp’s Gran Turismo grossed another $11 million from 61 markets, bringing its total international box office to $36.5 million and $53.8 million worldwide (including this session’s North American premiere).

“Warner Bros/DC’s Blue Beetle grossed $10 million in 71 markets, with a total international box office of $35.5 million and a global box office of $81.8 million. Disney/Pixar’s “The Elements” added $5.1 million in 51 markets and has a total international revenue of $317 million and a global revenue of $468.8 million.

Meanwhile, Tom Cruise’s “Mission Impossible: Reckoning. Part One” collected another $4.2 million from 68 markets (international box office totaled $384 million, global – $552.1 million); “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.
