Kyiv Digital now has the ability to evaluate public transportation trips
The latest update of the Kyiv Digital app now allows you to rate bus, trolley, tram, train, and metro rides! Well, that’s right, what’s a trolleybus not an Uber?
A new feature has been added to the fare payment records, allowing users to rate vehicles and leave feedback. If the fare is paid with a transport card, the record for evaluation will be found in the feed of the selected card. If it is a QR ticket, then the entry will appear in the news feed on the main screen.
Passengers’ feedback on buses, trolleybuses, and trams will be sent to Kyivpastrans, on the subway to Kyiv Metro, and on the train to Ukrzaliznytsia.
The updated services are available in the latest version of the app in the App Store and Google Play.
