The NBU has allowed buying foreign currency online – some banks have already activated this feature in their applications

The National Bank allowed Ukrainians to buy non-cash currency without additional conditions, as it was before the full-scale war.

Previously, it was possible to purchase foreign currency with its placement on a continuous bank deposit for a period of three months or more in an amount equivalent to UAH 100,000. now it has been increased to UAH 200,000.

It should be noted that most banks do not yet offer online currency purchases. But, for example, Monobank has already activated this opportunity. You can convert hryvnia into dollars and replenish your currency cards in this way, which was not possible since the beginning of the war.

PrivatBank said it would launch a cashless currency exchange service as soon as it completes the necessary adjustments to its services. It is not yet known when exactly this will happen.
