A video of the launch of a French AASM-250 corrected aircraft bomb from a Ukrainian fighter jet has been posted online.

This was reported by Militarny.

In the published video, a Ukrainian fighter jet can be seen dropping a bomb from the left launcher during the flight.

A closer look also reveals the presence of a similar munition mounted under the right wing console.

We remind you that the first confirmed use of this type of aircraft bombs occurred on March 5, 2024.

Then a video was published showing an AASM-250 aerial bomb with the inscription “For the children of Odesa. With hatred, without respect”.

The first information about the use of these aircraft munitions appeared in late February and early March 2024.

At the time, a video published by the LUFTWAFFE unit clarified the type of ammunition that hit the Russians at the Avdiivka Coke Plant.

In early January 2024, French Defense Minister Sébastien Le Coronneu announced the start of deliveries of unnamed missile weapons to Ukraine.

As it later became known, in addition to the SCALP-EG cruise missiles, the weapons included high-precision corrected aircraft bombs AASM.

As a reminder, in early April 2024, the Ukrainian Air Force hit Russian positions in Tonenke with a French AASM-250 HAMMER bomb.

The arrival of an aircraft bomb was recorded by the occupiers themselves in an occupied village in Donetsk region.
