Payment of administrative fines in Diia – the Ministry of Digital Transformation launches a beta test of a new service

The Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine is working on introducing a new service to pay fines for administrative offenses in Diia. This was stated by Minister of Digital Transformation Mykhailo Fedorov.

According to Fedorov, administrative violations are often committed not because of malice, but because of ignorance of laws and regulations. For example, someone may pass customs control but fail to declare funds properly. Or someone may smoke cigarettes in a prohibited place. And there can be many such cases of offenses.

According to the plan, the Diia service will allow you to pay a fine for such administrative violations without filling out a lot of paperwork, going to court and the bank. The offender will only need to make a few clicks in the application.

The Ministry of Digital Transformation has been working on the service of paying fines for administrative violations for some time now, and specialists are now ready to start testing it. They need to make sure that the service works as conveniently and correctly as possible. Therefore, Fedorov encourages everyone to join the beta test. Ukrainians who have reached the age of 16, have a verified identification code in Diia and a court case with a fine for an administrative offense can take part in the testing. You can join the beta test at the following link.
